Responsabilités:

- Accueillir et installer les clients de manière amicale et professionnelle
- Prendre les commandes avec précision et efficacité, tout en offrant des recommandations lorsque nécessaire
- Servir les plats et les boissons rapidement et attentivement, en veillant à ce que les besoins des clients soient satisfaits
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel et traiter les préoccupations ou demandes spéciales
- Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine et de bar pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations
- Gérer les transactions en espèces et tenir des registres précis
- Aider à la mise en place des tables, maintenir la propreté et créer une ambiance accueillante

Exigences:

- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que serveur/serveuse dans un restaurant
- Connaissance approfondie de la cuisine italienne, y compris les plats populaires, les ingrédients et les accords mets-vins
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à gérer des situations difficiles avec une attitude positive
- Disponibilité pour travailler le soir, les weekends et les jours fériés si nécessaire

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when necessary
- Serving food and beverages promptly and attentively, ensuring guests' needs are met
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with table setup, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming ambiance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, including popular dishes, ingredients, and wine pairings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Salary**: $11.40 per hour
