- **The Big Task**_

Help us enhance performance and operational decision-making throughout the company by ensuring our accounting and financials are timely and accurate.

Customer service, dispatching and staff communications are the bread and butter of this organization and are held to the highest standard.
- **Key Sub Tasks**_
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers.
- Pull necessary permits for ongoing work
- Ensure our bills are paid timely and accurately.
- Process staff payroll. For 10 Full Time Staff
- Reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to maintain accuracy monthly.
- Remittance of statutory deductions to CRA and WCB
- Answer phone inquiries for customer service and dispatch.
- Organize daily schedules to keep the install and service crews on track and efficient
- Create Organize and proof read documents
- Coordinate equipment and subtrades to be sure everything is available for the technicians to do their jobs as scheduled.
- File and follow up on warranty registrations and claims.
- Accurately track and record material and labor and other costs for every job.
- Process and analyze and send monthly reports to management for review.
- Compile records and documents and send to comptroller to file yearly taxes and accounting review.
- Manage Employee Records
- Other duties as required
- Be professional and show courtesy at all times
- **Desired Skills and Experience**_
- HVAC Experience and asset
- Highly organized and process driven with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Thorough attention to detail with on time delivery.
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, MS Excel and other ERP software currently used.
- Accounting training and background.
- Customer service experience
- Strong Phone Skills
- Empathy and sincerity

Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
