Assistant Manager

Our fast-paced office is growing and the Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly according to company policy. We are looking for an experienced leader who is committed to helping their employees succeed and will keep the office organized and running efficiently. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, developing new office practices and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain customer service standards.
- Manage and coach lower level employees.
- Maintain the store cleanliness.
- Maintain the store orderliness.
- Maintain appropriate store security measures.
- Supervise cash and stock.
- Assist managers with business decisions.
Pay: $23.30-$35.28 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
