**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and sustain working relationships - professionally and ethically.
- Process internal /workorders and issue or distribute parts, accessories, and supplies for internal usage. Service writing, data entry.
- Replenish stock orders, handle shipping and receiving.
- Receive and sort incoming parts, accessories and supplies, and participate in inventory counts, cycle count and spot check, as required.
- Effectively source the best quality items available for the most reasonable cost. Catalogue parts look-up.
- Order and store items in an organized and accessible manner.
- Maintain quantities, varieties, and locations of parts, accessories, and available supplies through our operating system: Spectrum.
- Potential to work Overtime to support Technicians.
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor.

**Job Types/Schedule**:

- Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday with the occasional half day Saturday.
- Overtime required occasionally.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- A journeyman /woman certification as a Parts Technician. (Red Seal Preferred).
- Previous experience an asset.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of office software programs.
- Strong record-keeping skills.
- Previous experience or certification in forklift operation.
- Heavy Equipment and Truck and Trailer parts knowledge a definite asset.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of landing.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Class 5 driver’s license and a recent drivers abstract are required
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during warehouse or inventory management tasks.
- Capable of lifting and transporting heavy objects, including boxes of parts and equipment, while adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks such as data entry, and picking /packing parts with consistency and accuracy.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and procedures, particularly when operating machinery such as forklifts or handling heavy equipment, ensuring a secure work environment for all staff members

Pay: $30.00-$48.00 per hour
