**Education and Experience**:
A minimum of a 3-year diploma/degree in Management Information Systems or another field relevant to the duties of the position.

A minimum of 3 years of practical current demonstrated experience in development, implementation and evaluation using current PeopleSoft system and documentation technique. Experience with computer systems in an educational environment including advanced PC skills and PeopleSoft technical advanced skills. Experience using project management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to identify issues and determine possible solutions. Experience working independently in a team environment planning, organizing, and prioritizing own work to meet deadlines. Experience in working effectively with a variety of people, including staff, clients, and service agencies, communicating with technical and non-technical staff. Experience developing and conducting presentations. Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner and in keeping with College policies related to confidentiality and the Protection of Privacy (FIPPA).

**Other Required Qualifications**:

- Expertise with the Campus Solutions Student Records module considered an asset.
- Advanced PC skills and advanced technical PeopleSoft skills.
- Demonstrated project management, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to identify issues and determine possible solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment planning, organizing, and prioritizing own work to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of people including staff, clients and service agencies as well as communicating with technical and non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and conducting presentations.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, running queries and systems testing.

**Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements**:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location and work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy.
