Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services, communicating effectively with drivers and clients, and ensuring smooth operations of our services. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer services.:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate transportation services by assigning drivers to routes and scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and any necessary information regarding routes or clients.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls from clients, drivers, and other team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor driver progress and address any issues or delays to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
- Collaborate with all team members to optimize routes, improve efficiency and resolve any logístical challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer services by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assists with administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
