The Sales and Marketing Administrator will work closely with the sales and marketing

teams to provide administrative support and coordination of various activities aimed at

driving revenue and promoting the organization's products or services. The ideal

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, presentations, and

proposals.
- Coordinate sales meetings, team lunches, prepare agendas, and ensure

necessary materials are available.

- Troubleshoot and provide tech support for google sheets, google calendars, and

- Ensure pivot tables/tracking of sales/deals are consistently updated.
- Ensure samples are sent out daily as per the direction of the business dev.
- Provide training for new team members on opening and closing of projects.
- Assist the office manager in the closing of each project (commission sheets,

control sheets, and charging of credit cards).
- Support to the Web renewal department.

**Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and

initiatives.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures,

advertisements, and digital content.
- Maintain and update the organization's website, google my business and social

media profiles.

**Customer Support**:

- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. Handling of

phone calls, and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Work closely with the team to address customer issues and concerns.
- Other general office duties as assigned.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales and marketing performance.

**Communication**:

- Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and other relevant

departments.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters and

press releases.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
