We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Specialist. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization and engaging with the community. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our staffing services and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (an asset)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent public speaking abilities with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
