**The Role**:
At Bronte Construction, the HR Generalist is more than a role; it's a mission. In this position, you will be an integral part of our HR department, supporting a spectrum of activities from recruitment to policy implementation. Your efforts will be pivotal in cultivating a constructive and high-performing work environment.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Engage in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and manage meticulous employee records and HR documentation.
- Drive the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Actively engage in employee relations, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate and coordinate training and development programs.
- Uphold compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Foster collaboration across various departments to streamline HR services.
- Tackle additional HR-related duties as they emerge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role.
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Unmatched attention to detail with a stringent approach to handling confidential information.
- Autonomous with a knack for thriving in both individual and team settings.
