**What you will accomplish with us**
- Deploy schedules and complete baseline planning as directed.
- Monitor the progress of project activities to identify issues, identify gaps and communicate information;
- Update schedules and incorporate changes;
- Produce and update tracking charts;
- Update resource planning;
- Monitor certain project performance indicators;
- Enter and maintain the quality of data in our platforms;
- Manage the PMO mailbox (internal customer questions and dispatch);
- Provide support for resource management tools;
- Perform any other related tasks required for the smooth running of projects (report editing, follow-ups, etc.).

**Qualifications** What you need**
- College diploma in architecture, administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration or project management.
- Knowledge of planning software (MS Project, Primavera, management and tracking tools, etc.), an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Ability to multitask;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
- Precision, tact, diplomacy, and a strong team spirit;
- Ability to listen to and synthesize information, and adapt to the unexpected;
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
