**Résumé du poste**:
L'analyste de la tarification des produits est un professionnel expérimenté et soucieux du détail qui joue un rôle essentiel dans la prospérité de l'entreprise. Il est chargé d'analyser et de répondre à diverses demandes de devis d'une manière stratégique. L'analyste en tarification des produits doit posséder un mélange de compétences analytiques, une connaissance approfondie de l'industrie manufacturière, en particulier dans l'aérospatiale, et d'excellentes capacités de communication. Sa principale responsabilité est de veiller à ce que les offres de l'entreprise soient compétitives et rentables, en s'alignant sur les besoins des clients et les tendances du marché.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Élaborer des stratégies de tarification compétitives pour les appels d'offres, en conciliant les besoins des clients et la rentabilité de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de CSR et RSM, de planification, de production et d'ingénierie pour élaborer des propositions complètes.
- Évaluer les coûts directs et indirects afin d'établir des marges appropriées.
- Fixer les prix pour les appels d'offres d'assistance technique et les exigences des clients en matière d'emballage, en tenant compte des capacités et des contraintes de production.
- Utiliser des outils de tarification avancés pour analyser les appels d'offres.
- Effectuer des analyses de prix régulières et ad hoc, en présentant les résultats et les recommandations à la direction.
- Traiter les commandes Fastrack et les commandes accélérées, en se coordonnant avec la production pour fournir des réponses rapides sur la disponibilité des matières premières et de la production.
- Déterminer et communiquer tout frais supplémentaire aux clients.
- Analyser la gamme de produits, les commandes ponctuelles mensuelles, les changements de prix d'une année sur l'autre et les taux de réussite des appels d'offres. Identifier les facteurs qui influencent les résultats des appels d'offres.
- S'assurer que les commandes des clients correspondent aux devis approuvés en termes de quantité et de prix.

**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**
- Diplôme d'études professionnelles ou diplôme d'études supérieures en génie mécanique de préférence.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word et compétences avancées en Excel). Connaissance des processus de fabrication, en particulier de l'usinage, dans un contexte aérospatial.
- Une expérience de la vente et une bonne connaissance de Salesforce sont souhaitables.
- Capacité à interpréter des dessins techniques.
- Motivé, soucieux du détail et attaché à l'exactitude et à l'intégrité des données. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles.
- Communicateur efficace capable de collaborer avec des équipes diverses. Sens du travail en équipe.
- Capacité à respecter des délais stricts.
- Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est obligatoire.
