**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to Lead Technician in various areas such as equipment handling, task planning, and customer service
- Perform labor-oriented tasks related to interior and exterior cleaning (commercial and/or residential)
- Utilize operations management system for dispatching and completing work orders
- Perform general equipment maintenance tasks
Skills & Qualifications
- Driver's License considered asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team Player with a growth-oriented mindset
- Meets physical demand of role (regularly lift up to 45lb)
- MEWP (boom lift) training considered asset
- Fall Arrest/Working at Heights training considered asset
- While we strive to achieve >85% of our work with "boots on the ground", we do make use of ladders and elevated platforms for worksites that require it. _
Applications accepted as an ongoing basis
- Starting wage is $21/hr + OT, with transition to performance-pay structure after successful completion of probationary/training period (up to $35/hr, guaranteed minimum of $21/hr)_
