We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Manager to join our team at Bill Goold. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential apartment building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deposit rent from tenants
  • Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of the interior and exterior of the building, including lawn care and landscaping
