Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Constituent College and her team, the incumbent will carry out various technical duties related to the gathering, selection, consolidation and distribution of information and the preparation of the College’s organizational and promotional documents.
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze and consolidates documents; participates in the drawing up of information and presents various data in tubular or graphical form;
- Develop and deploy annual communications plan for internal and external stakeholders;
- Actively seek information and promote College events, activities and success stories through regular dissemination of information (including AMEQ en ligne);
- Revise and improve texts from the point of view of composition, syntax and vocabulary and ensures their appropriate technical presentation;
- Prepares the College’s organizational or promotional documents such as articles, information bulletins, brochures, advertising materials, reports, multimedia presentations and ensure their update;
- Prepare monthly internal newsletter;
- Produce academic calendar and ensure printed copies are submitted to the appropriate authorities;
- Maintain and update the College’s website and social media accounts;
- Assist and participate in the staging of various organizational and promotional events and projects with respect to the planning, logistics and follow-up of activities (eg. Open Houses, graduation, alumni events);
- Gather information and compile annual report;
- Maintain a media archive;
- Update information regarding the College with various partners and web platforms;
- Cooperate and support College departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- QUALIFICATIONS- A diploma of College studies (DEC) in an appropriate specialty or a diploma or an attestation of studies which is recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS- Bilingual (advanced knowledge of French and English - written and spoken).
- Familiar with all major social media platforms.
- Familiar with managing websites, notably Wordpress.
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe.

**Salary Scale**: $23.48 - $29.40

**Anticipated Start Date**: 2023-04-24
