**Reports to: Business Analyst**

**Junior Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Ability to gather data from various sources such as hard copy, current ERP system, other department files etc.
- Data entry accuracy and system appropriate formatting
- Compile and clean the collected data for reporting analysis
- Create reports based on the collected data and perform various types of analysis
- Perform risk analysis and highlight potential business risks
- Define multiple subsets and grouping of data for different departments
- Provide support for strategic decision making
- Support corporate strategies to identify business risks

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferred in Mathematics, Statistics)
- Strong understanding and proficient in data mining, modeling, and statistical analysis
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy
- Attention to details
- Result oriented - strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance
