**General Accountability**

The Finance clerk is responsible for financial duties representing the Processing Plant and the Dairy Bar. To perform this job successfully, the individual must have the knowledge, skills and abilities identified below and be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a satisfactory manner. The below is intended to describe the general content and requirements for the performance of this job.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Processing Plant and Dairy Bar
- Provide necessary financial reports including sales reports and other performance data to the Finance Manager or General Manager
- Assist with audit activities and tax reporting
- Assist with the financial budget activities for the Processing Plant and Dairy Bar
- Responds to and investigates, customer account inquires to avoid delay in collection of revenue and solve potential customer disputes
- Support sales, operations and finance department staff as necessary to complete reporting or filing duties in a timely manner
- Provides back-up relief support for Accounts Payable during absences and vacations
- Other reasonable duties as assigned

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Post-secondary administrative and accounting education or training is preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated customer service skills to answer inquires and resolve issues
- Communicate with clarity, verbally and in one on one or group situations, or over the telephone
- Adaptable - able to set and prioritize work and work with diverse personalities and styles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
