The O’Connor Group is actively seeking an energetic, eager to learn individual who is dedicated, and customer focused with a “can do” attitude to fill the position of RV Sales Consultant in our O'Connor RV Sales Department.

**General Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
- Selling new and used RV’s and campers
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Communicating with customers and responding to online inquiries.
- Focus on the selling process.
- Ability to network, follow-up on customers and prospects.
- Comfortable with Cold calling.
- Attain and then exceed your Sales Goals set by yourself and the management team.
- Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Any Sales Experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality.
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals.
- Valid VSA License (or willing to obtain license)
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean Drivers Abstract
**Compensation**
- Industry leading Commission based pay structure $60,000.00 - $200,000.00
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driver’s abstract in order to qualify for employment.
