The O'Connor Group is actively seeking an energetic, eager to learn individual who is dedicated, and customer focused with a "can do" attitude to fill the position of RV Prepper/Sander in our O'Connor RV Service Department.

General Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Cleaning, masking, and sanding of excavator cabs, components, and parts
• Repairing general damage, including cracks and dents on excavator cabs and heavy equipment.
• Performs quality repairs without passing on defects.
• Approaches repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later.
• Assists painter(s) and body man in daily tasks.
• Communicating as frequently as appropriate with the Service Manager, the management team, and the customers in order to ensure timely, efficient, and economical repairs.
• Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• RV Experience is a definite asset
• Prepper/Sanding experience is a definite asset
• Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude, and trouble shouting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality.
• Must be detailoriented, accurate and organized.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to multitask with good time management and organization skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Confident, selfmotivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals.
• Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean Drivers Abstract

Compensation

• Salary: Starting at $ 30.00

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driver's abstract in order to qualify for employment.
