Talented Sales & Support Representative Job Responsibilities:
**Who are we looking for, someone who;**

Is focused on organization skills and keeping their to-do list clean.

Prides themselves on effective communication and social skills.

Keeps their eyes open for opportunities and ways to grow and develop best practices.
- Visiting customer’s house to sell the solutions to improve the kitchen.
- No cold calling - leads are provided by our retail partner, the largest home improvement retailer in Canada. With the lead, you will then cultivate a relationship with the client and solidify the deal.
- Conduct product knowledge and sales training with third party sales staff remotely and within retail locations.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
- Communicating with our installation team to ensure we achieve the client’s vision and your specification.
- Focused sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Maintain displays and provide update recommendations when needed.
- Conduct in person and virtual sales presentation.
- Dividing your time between cultivating relationships and coaching the staff within our retail partner’s locations
- Comfortable with technology and is open to learn as we grow and invest in new tools.
- Makes customer service a priority in ensuring we stay ahead of the competition, maintaining us as the leaders in refacing.

This role comes with paid mileage, a cell phone stipend as well as laptop and/or tablet. Some in province travel will be required, so a vehicle is mandatory. We offer benefits as well as a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Sales Support Representative Requirements:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Preferable to be living at **Mississauga **area.
