**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and estimate contract price of home renovations.
- Order materials and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
- Hire subcontractors as needed.
- Make sure the home renovations are being done according to specifications.
- Interact with homeowners, resolving problems and answering questions.
- Respond quickly to customer concerns.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Manage subcontractors and their work.
- Ensure the job site is safe.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-07-21
