**Part-time Social Media and Sales Assistant terms of reference.**

Type of Employment: Part-time, 10 hours weekly.

Job description:

- Social Media certification is a preferred qualification.
- Creative and strategic thinker with experience executing content creation, storytelling, media planning and social/digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumers and media consumption habits along with target audiences/consumer profiling. Capability to devise strategies that engage, inform, and drive the business.
- Exceptional time management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative and networking skills.
- An individual who is an energizer and an excellent team player.
- Provide analytical and creative solutions to problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1. Fundamental requirements

a. Own and have access a computer, mobile device, and the internet.

b. Works independently and as a member of a team.

c. Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain a positive attitude, maintain the ability to take criticism and to always improve and ensure a professional demeanor at the workplace.

d. Communicates effectively with potential clients, city of Winnipeg, realtors, lawyers, accountants, bookkeepers, material supply store staff, appraisers, lenders, passive investment clients, homeowners, tradesmen, handymen, general laborers, contractors, sub-contractors, renovation clients, and all other personnel that may be associated with the company.

e. Requires planning, organizing, problem solving and resourcefulness skills.

f. Must conduct oneself with high level of morale’s, values, ethics, and integrity; and

g. Strictly no drugs/alcohol while on duty or in the workplace policy.

2. Computer competence

a. Have a computer and the capability to use the internet.

c. Effective with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Share Point, maintain websites, Hub Doc, Knowfiy, Quick books, and other Apps as required; and

d. The ability to store information in a logical and organized fashion.

3. Social Media Assistant

b. Increase channel follower base, through scheduled postings, and promotions.

c. Stay updated with current trends and provide thoughtful, current, and effective recommendations on how to improve the quality and following base of the social media sites.

d. This position will own the strategy and positioning of PHS across all our various organic social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and work closely with our in-house creative team to bring content to life.

e. Be able to post houses/view houses on Kijiji and Facebook marketplaces and/or any other platform as required.

f. Manage current channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.

g. Create a video strategy for social media that includes Reels.

h. Monitor social listening & maintain brand voice.

i. Develop and manage editorial calendar to ensure strategic alignment across departments.

j. Develop strategies to maximize outreach and increase engagement.

k. Support sales channel initiatives with original content.

l. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the brand, provide customer responses and feedback channeled to operations/sales.

m. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and report on performance of content.

n. Oversee content creation by content team.

o. Reach out to potential influencers & manage influencer relationships; and

p. Work with virtual assistant such as Fiverr contractors to update website.

4. Sales assistant

c. Able to communicate leads to sales in an effective and timely manner.

d. Use Kijiji to help project coordinator with finding tools, appliances and other items as required on Kijiji or Facebook marketplace.

e. Use social media to funnel customers that require renovation work.

5. Financial

a. Must understand and be capable for use of basic spreadsheets.

b. Able to hold a credit card for company purposes and to never use it for personal.

c. Capable to pay ad bills; and

d. able to make profitable decisions within the company’s budget allocation.
