**Your Day to Day**
- RMA Product testing
- New firmware testing with engineering department
- A.Q.L. of inbound good
- ESD compliance management and follow-up
- Development of samples in conjunction with engineering department
- Firmware database management
- Computer asset management including providing technical assistance to users
- Participation of production when needed
- Tool management including screw drivers, screw feeders, tool maintenance, balance, flashers
- Work bench lighting, ESD grounding system management - electric work to be done by electricians. Other tasks assigned

**Required Skills**:

- College or university diploma of electronics study
- Hands-on experiences of electronic products testing and assembly
- Good understanding of AQL processes and standards
- Open to learn new skills and a people person
- Good time management skills
- Flexibilities to adapt to changing priorities
- Good English communication skills and bilingual is a definite asset
