We are currently seeking a full-time Technician, On-site IT Support, to join our Information Technology team. Your main mission will be to provide on-site technical support for the business units assigned to you, while respecting the commitments made with these units.

**When your actions lead to success.****:

- Provide on-site technical support to users, resolving problems and ensuring proactive assistance.
- Provide training to users on the use of information systems and technological tools.
- Follow TC Transcontinental security protocols, monitor potential threats and implement preventive measures.
- Manage computer inventories.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes and ensure its transmission to the team and users.
- Implement collaborative work tools to facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
- Implement follow-up processes to ensure proactive management of deadlines.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving IT processes and overall business unit performance.

**When your expertise drives us.****:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in a large company
- Experience in installation and support of IT equipment and local system administration, including NTFS
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and the Windows server environment
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience in supporting Microsoft 365 services
- Experience with software deployment via SCCM
- Excellent command of French, both oral and written, and functional English, given support for certain resources based in British Columbia and the United States
