Bilingual (French/english) Technical Support

Core 7 Technologies Inc. (Officetrax) is seeking a full-time Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to join our talented Account Management team. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Customer Service Representative is the front line of contact for our customers as they enquire about their Officetrax software service.
**Responsibilities**
- Track and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Effectively manage multiple customer accounts.
- Provide bilingual translation assistance for Officetrax software customizations and documentation as needed.
- Conduct regular testing of client software changes for Quality Assurance purposes.
- Facilitate bilingual user training with new and current customers via telephone and webinar.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
**Essential Criteria**
- A team player with a positive attitude and drive for results.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication and presentation skills (in both French and English).
- Strong analytical skills including problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong attention to detail and organization
**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Previous experience using a SaaS (Software as a Service) system
- Previous experience in the Repair and Maintenance industry
