- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
- Ensuring team members meet deadlines for key projects and tasks
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
- Addressing any concerns or issues identified for and by team members
- Providing training and overseeing orientation of new employees to get them up to speed on policies and procedures
- Regularly taking inventory of supplies and linens
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed
- Screening housekeeping applicants and assessing employee performances
- Providing performance reviews to management
- Performing cleaning duties
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Inspecting all guest rooms and updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheets
- Preparing orders for stock as needed in a timely manner
- Maintaining Industry and Brand standard on all rooms and public areas

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $15.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Point Edward, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
