**Responsabilities**:

- Responsible for managing Supervisors and their respective teams.
- Ensure staff recruiting, training and supervisory programs and performance evaluation systems are effectively utilized within company policies.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive Collection Contact & segmentation Strategies with robust test and control framework.
- Foster and promote a change management process during champion & challenger validations
- Responsible for adherence to internal control framework and good business practices are in implemented and maintained.
- Maintain high standard of client relationship management, while enhancing organic growth across existing client base.
- Keep abreast of month-end positioning with respect to branch operational targets.
- Maintain written records of reports, statistics and others as required by Senior Management.
- Execute operational, administrative procedures and policies. i.e. audit files, review performances, evaluate results and maintain discipline.
- Must promote a pleasant environment where each team members will be able to grow and achieve their career goal in line with company’s expectations
- Participate and contribute to the company vision with a focus on key business drivers and opportunities for short & long term improvement. This includes improvements to technologies and processes.
- Implement & successfully deploy new technology and automation.
- Adhere to administrative Policies and Procedures as set out in the Company Policies directives.

- Diploma in Administration or related field
- Experience in the debt collection (5-7years)
- Development opportunity for an experienced supervisor, related field
- Experience in personnel management
- Knowledge of laws relating to debt collection
- Good negotiator both with internal and external interlocutors
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work with tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
