**Regional Services Manager - Lower Mainland BC**

Discovery Community College (DCC) has an opening for the right individual to join our team as a Regional Services Manager, based onsite from our Surrey campus.

This position will be full time (exact schedule to be confirmed).

Salary range of $67,500 to $75,000 per annum.

The Regional Services Manager plays a crucial role in DCC’s administration. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the college campus, creating a safe environment, and promoting enrollment.

- ** Increasing Enrollment**:

- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing and admissions) to set admission goals.
- Develop strategies to boost enrollment rates for the upcoming cohorts.
- Create a team of advocates for community outreach and program promotion.
- ** Implementing Policies**:

- Enforce DCCs policies and procedures.
- Address safety concerns, mediation, and student well-being.
- Ensure policies align with the college's mission and guidelines.
- ** Communication and Marketing**:

- Promote DCCs programs through direct marketing initiatives.
- Use social media to reach prospective and current students.
- Direct interested students to admission and student services.
- ** Campus Safety and Security**:

- Implement on-campus security procedures.
- Inspect campus grounds for safety hazards.
- Enforce building and staffing hours.
- ** Student Services**:

- Solve everyday problems related to student welfare.
- Manage Student Retention programs
- Maintain good professional relationships with administrators, faculty, and students.
- ** Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Monitor student record maintenance and reporting on academic and financial matters.
- ** Team Management**:

- Maintain good professional relationships with administrators, faculty, and students.

**QUALIFICATIONS / KEY ATTRIBUTES**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in education, business, or a related field) or equivalent experience/other education.
- Experience in education administration or related roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of campus safety protocols and policies.
