**About us**

The Agent's Butler LUX Corp. is dedicated to providing a luxurious experience to the real estate professionals we service. With a focus on providing strategic open house sign placement and mapping services, we strive to maximized visibility and the directing of potential buyers to improve our clients chances of selling their listing for top dollar. We ensure all sign placements are in accordance with local by-laws, as well as provide secure sign storage to take the hassle out of hosting open houses. Our goal is to support our clients by providing them with the ancillary services to allow them to focus on what they do best... work with prospective buyers, service their listings, and generate quick and lucrative sales for their sellers.

**Independent Contractor - Driver**

The Agent's Butler LUX Corp. is a fast-growing real estate services company that offers open house sign placement, strategic mapping, logistics and secure sign storage services to the real estate professionals we service.

We are looking for experienced independent drivers to provide open house sign placement and pick-up services for scheduled open houses in Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington.

**Compensation**:

- $25 per open house, plus applicable taxes
- Pick-up open house signs from our secure storage facility (5-10 signs per open house)
- Place open house directional signs prior to scheduled open houses, as prescribed in the open house sign placement maps provided, and in accordance with municipal by-laws
- Collect open house directional signs following completion of each open house
- Return all open house directional signs to our secure storage facility
- Training will be provided

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a valid Class G driver’s license and insurance
- Must own or have access to a vehicle capable of transporting required open house directional signs (van, SUV or truck)
- Must be proficient in reading road maps and have exemplary directional awareness
- Must be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times

Part-time hours: 4-8 per week

- French not required

- Secondary School (preferred)

- delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
