**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Build relationships with the service team and other departments daily
- Analyze costing data, repair times and service expectations to determine estimate value and expected profitability
- Daily review of assigned inspection repairs
- Estimate cost of repairs from inspection reports provided by Zelus technicians to our customers - assigned from Inspections Manager
- Communicate with your team resources, front line technicians and outside vendors to determine parts and availability for timely repairs
- Use internal resources, such as technical service managers, the purchasing department and service repair estimator to ensure provided estimates are accurate
- Provide clear repair quotes so customers have accurate pricing
- Confirmation of acceptance of quotes when quotes are requested by the customer
- Comply with Zelus Policies and Procedures
- Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Industrial Establishments, the Zelus Safety Procedures and participate in training programs as and when required
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- High school diploma
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technical proficiency in material handling equipment is an **asset**:

- Ability and willingness to develop into a Service Manager or a Technical Service Manager role in the future
- Strong computer skills; MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions
- Ability to deal with unexpected situations in a professional manner with no situation being the same, expect new complications for related work to resolve daily problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
