Sexual Health/lgtbq+ Psychotherapist

Synergetic Healing Psychotherapy (SHP) is a private practice in psychotherapy located in Kleinburg, ON. We provide adaptive coping skills, prevention methods, and comprehensive therapeutic support, addressing mental health challenges, stigma, and self-advocacy. **Requirements**:

- Proof of Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SARs) or Sexual Health Training Similarities/Supervision if attended/attending
- Proof of ADHD Course/Supervision if attended/attending
- Good Standing with College (RSW, RSSW, or RP)
- Up to date Insurance Coverage
- Collaborate with clients to navigate stigma and promote healing
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in practice
- Understanding of Integrative Approach (holistic + conventional)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
- Empathy and understanding towards clients' needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: $73.04-$80.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
