**Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

- Provide a high level of customer service to campus visitors including staff, faculty, and students.
- Enforce parking with impartiality, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Arrange and coordinate with clerical staff to call for vehicle towing and releasing vehicles upon confirmation of payment and receive payment for vehicle impounds.
- Direct traffic, place cones or barriers, direct people, and pedestrians.
- Place event parking signage and other information signage in parking lots, pay stations and elsewhere as directed
- Accurate reporting of lot counts, lot and sign maintenance, vehicle tows, wheellocks and pay station and parking enforcement vehicle malfunctions.
- Communicate appropriate information to Supervisors
- Represent Concord Parking in a professional and positive manner.

**Shifts**:
**Temporary Position: From June 6 to 9 - 8 AM to 2 PM at SFU Burnaby Campus**

**KPU Surrey Campus: June 13 to 15 730 AM to 5 PM and June 16 730 AM to 1230 PM**

**Wage: $19.25 per hour plus paid OT for KPU shifts over 8 hours.**
