- **Provide accounting and clerical support to the finance department.**:

- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Prepare and maintain vendor statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations on time.
- **Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.**:

- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database
- Verify amounts on various forms for accuracy.
- Process accounts payable invoices as required.
- Coordinate and maintain records (e.g. fixed assets, company credit cards, etc.).
- Assist on projects and assignments and other duties as assigned.
- Payroll Processing in coordination with the service provider.
- Taking care of manual payroll payments & other reimbursement.
**- Process payroll for employees using HRIS software ADP**:

- Verify the accuracy of timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies
- Calculate and process employee wages, deductions, and taxes
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Assist with account reconciliation and audits as needed
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance) to ensure accurate payroll reporting

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting (or equivalent education/experience)
- Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

**Job Skills & Abilities**:

- Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Power point, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized and have high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time constraints and work well within a team.
- A self-starter attitude with well-developed time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage work with mínimal supervision and complete many tasks simultaneously for multiple management staff.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
