Due to our continued success and growth Yellowridge has an opportunity for a motivated, dynamic and talented Foreman for a housing project in Langley, BC. **YOUR QUALITIES INCLUDE**:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a carpenter on a construction site.
- Proficient with reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Steel stud framing experience an asset.
- Trade Qualification as asset but not required.
- Level 2 First Aid ticket.
- Strong leadership skills

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Perform light carpentry and labor requirements.
- Arrange deliveries and place purchase orders as required.
- Operate equipment as required.
- Liaise effectively with Site Superintendent, Trades, and the Project Team with regard to performance and quality.
- Ensure company safety policy is being executed on site.

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
