Shift work for 24/7 Operation

**Pay rate starting at $21.42 / hr.**
- Packer Flex after 1,000 hours’ wage increases to $24.70 / hr. and boot allowance and uniforms.
- Sun Life Benefit package kicks in after 4 months.
- Packer after 3,000 hours or 18 months’ - pay increases to $27.01
- Nightshift premium $1.70 / hr. Weekend premium $0.30 / hr

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Minimum grade 12 education and some post-secondary education preferred
- Must be a team player
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
- Able to learn to operate automated plant manufacturing equipment
- Must be able to interact, communicate and work effectively and professionally with all employees and management staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to spend a significant amount of time on plant floor.
- Job includes tasks that require walking, bending, twisting, gripping, stair climbing, lifting, and entering confined spaces.
- Must be capable of wearing personal protective equipment necessary to comply with government and company safety standards
