Robar Industries est à la recherche d'un(e) réceptionniste pour se joindre à notre équipe de St Bruno Vous serez en charge de gérer notre réception et d'effectuer des tâches administratives, de bureau et de recrutement. Le poste est temporaire, d'une durée d'un an.

Type d'emploi : Temps plein de 8h30 à 17h, du lundi au vendredi.

**Qualifications**

**-**Secondaire ou équivalent
- Administration de bureau, réceptionniste expérience 1 an
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale (français et en anglais)
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Être capable d'utiliser correctement les équipements de bureau tels que les ordinateurs, les téléphones, les imprimantes.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation
- Compétences multitâches
- Attitude positive
- Grandes compétences en service à la clientèle.
- Des talents pour la résolution des problèmes.

**Description du poste et tâches générales**:

- Accueillir les invités et les clients à leur arrivée au bureau, les diriger vers la personne et le bureau appropriés.
- Répondre et filtrer tous les appels, les transférer à la bonne personne.
- Facturer nos clients quotidiennement.
- Effectuer des tâches de bureau telles que le classement, la photocopie, scanner et faxer.
- Traiter les commandes expédiées quotidiennement.
- Fournir un soutien administratif à l'organisation.

- Robar Industries is looking for a receptionist to join our St Bruno team You will be in charge to manage our front desk and perform administrative, clerical and basic recruitment tasks. The position is temporary, for one year._
- Job Type: Full time 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday._

**Qualifications**
- High School or Equivalent
- Office administration, receptionist experience 1 year
- Solid written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Be able to use office equipment properly such as computers, telephones, printers.
- Excellent organization skills
- Multitasking skills
- Positive attitude
- Great customer service skills.
- Problem solving skills.

Job Description and general tasks:

- Greet guests and clients when they arrive at the office, direct them to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer and screen all calls, transfer them to the proper person.
- Invoice our customers daily.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Process orders that ship daily.
- Provide administrative support across the organization.

Rémunération : 19.00$/heure

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
