**Administrative Assistant**

CNC Industries is a leading manufacturer of OEM components for the Mining, Construction, Earthmoving Industries, and specialized parts used in the Oil Extraction process. CNC Industries is always looking for hardworking, motivated individuals in all areas of this rapidly growing company. We want individuals who will form a solid and diverse team of people dedicated to servicing the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors.

The Administrative Assistant will create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff and will be responsible greeting and directing visitors to appropriate persons, answer and forward telephone calls, and other clerical duties.

**This shift will require P/T Hours Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 4:30 pm in Nisku, AB.**

Key Responsibilities:

- At all times, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety of themselves and customers in an environmentally friendly manner
- Greet people coming into offices, direct them to the appropriate contacts, provide general information in person and by phone
- Maintain and replenish refreshments and supplies as needed
- Receive and record vendor invoices - matching receiving paperwork
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create and sending customer invoices, following up when required
- Other duties as required

Profile and

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledgeable in accounting software and MS suite - Sage50 software an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
