We are a thriving business with multiple completed projects, as well as new projects constantly on the move—and we are looking for you This job posting is for a unique dual role of Homeowner/Warranty Deficiency and Construction Project Coordinator. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who excels at both verbal and written communication with some project coordination experience. Competitive salary package offered.

The Project Coordinator will perform a wide variety of duties including but not limited to: SPECIFIC DUTIES
- 1. Point of contact in following up with Homeowners to address warranty issues.
- 2. Interface with Suppliers and Sub contractors in addressing warranty and deficiency concerns to meet the standards of the completed development.
- 3. Provide support to Project Manager on projects under construction which includes but is not limited to: 1. Procure building supplies and finish materials. 2. Issue Request for Information (RFI’s) to Architect and consultant team to address sub-contractor issues 3. Based on Architect and consultants’ requirements, procure shop drawings and other submittals for their review.
- 4. Follow up with Architects and consultants for required Site Instructions for sub-contractors.
- 5. Assist in developing Change Orders to sub-contractors, as approved by ownership.
- 6. Assist in developing weekly work schedules to sub-contractors.
- 7. At close out of Projects, assist with acquiring Record Drawings, Maintenance documentation and Warranty documents from sub-contractors.
- 8. Document control - file and organize all construction administration documents in project folders.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Post-secondary technical education in construction management, engineering or architecture or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- 2. 1-2 years project coordination experience with a real estate developer or general contractor.
