As the Supervisor of Creditor Life & Disability Claims, you will effectively engage and lead a team in delivering quality results and support and participate in initiatives to achieve department objectives.
**How you will create impact**:
- Managing complex files as required and acting as a second or third level for escalated concerns or issues, serving as a key resource for clients
- Monitoring and reporting on quality and productivity statistics to proactively identify issues, take corrective action and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assessing the training needs of the department, developing and implementing corresponding plans, monitoring results, and making recommendations for enhancements when necessary.
- Overseeing all internal and external quality and compliance audits and conducting analysis to summarize results for management.
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, recognizing achievements, and managing performance, to develop an agile team and achieve department objectives.

**To join our team**:
- You have 5 years of Claims experience, including coaching, training/people leadership experience.
- You have a post-secondary technical diploma in a related discipline.
- You have completed the Associate Customer Service (ACS) and Associate, Life & Health Claims (ALHC) designations. Having Medical Anatomy is an asset.
- You have expert risk assessment and Claims management knowledge
