**Maintenance Division Supervisor**(Commercial Flat Roofing)**

**Qualifications and Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate and schedule daily activities
- Supervision, evaluation and motivation of personnel to ensure work is completed efficiently, effectively and safely
- Communication with customers and management
- Engage in pre and post job briefing with crews (provide appropriate instruction for safe work)
- Review work orders and provide workers with required information for jobs as well as review work orders once job completed
- Hold employees accountable for complying with all facility Health & Safety requirements and provincial regulations
- Conduct inspection of job sites
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language
- 5+ years in roofing production / maintenance and experience in all facets of flat roofing
- A valid Class 5 driver license is **required**:

- Time management skills and ability to multitask
- Skilled in troubleshooting techniques and a complete understanding of multiple roofing systems
- Must be able to demonstrate patience and perseverance, and embrace change when it occurs
- Knowledge of First Aid and CPR preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook)
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills as well as supervisory skills
- Critical eye for identifying deficiencies
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Red-Seal is an asset but not required
- Sense of urgency - with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Ensuring the well-being of our employees is our priority
