Job Overview:
The Reception & Office Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

- General reception (answer phone calls, greet clients)
- Process incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
- Provide assistance with shipping of marketing materials
- Maintain boardroom calendar and manage bookings
- Assist with event planning as needed
- Organize and maintain the office and kitchen, including ordering office supplies and food/beverages
- Liaise with all office suppliers (IT support, telecom, internet, insurance, etc.)
- Coordinate communication between the building management and tenants (building announcements, staff key card requests, etc.)
- Assist with the administration of sublease contracts
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to office tenants
- Update and maintain clients’ accounting records by coding, posting, and paying vendor invoices
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts
- Prepare cash position reports
- Assist with the reconciliation and processing of GST returns and other regulatory filings (with the support of accountants)
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

- Must have at least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in an office setting
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Must be able to multi-task effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
