Reporting to the Client Services Director, the T&A Consultant is responsible for supporting T&A implementations and product improvements. This position is client facing and interacts with all internal functions, and is based in our Toronto office.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

**1.** **Implementation - **Support T&A Implementations
- Complete T&A Discovery with clients; document requirements;
- Use product expertise to determine StoreForce approach for delivering the requirements; Prepare configuration requirements and documentation for deployment;
- Assist the IT Lead with preparation of interface requirements to meet the needs captured during discovery including Employee, Leave, Contract, Clock, etc.;
- Partner with Client Engagement Manager to prepare SOW where development is necessary; Collaborate with Development and Product to finalize design and establish work effort;
- Setup T&A reports; Support the client and QA with testing during implementation.

**2.** **Product Management - **Support improvement of the T&A capabilities
- Collect client input on new features, and conduct research to stay on top of competitive offerings; define problem statement and user stories for consideration;
- Participate in functional design discussions; document requirements and collaborate with UX designer on UI for new user stories;
- Stay abreast of labour law trends that may drive new product features.

**3.** **Client Support**- Support existing clients with T&A needs
- Partner with the Client Engagement Manager to respond to client inquiries regarding T&A;
- Provide QA with test cases and configuration options when troubleshooting T&A issues;
- Assist Services and Support teams with admin T&A setup and training;
- Support Sales function with responses to T&A sections of RFPs.

**EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE**
- 2+ years of experience implementing Time & Attendance solutions with a payroll, HCM, or time tracking provider; or multiple years administering internal T&A system;
- Strong MS Office Skills including Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to stakeholders
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Business consulting acumen with strong presentation and training delivery skills
