The Customer Care Specialist is solely responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing communications to and from our online retail sales channels, while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Calendar Club retail web site and social media channels.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Help customers navigate and find products on web site
- Develop and maintain content for Calendar Club’s self-service retail knowledge base
- Process sales, refunds and returns through various incoming communication channels
- Support the Fulfilment team to ensure timely order fulfilment for customers
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and comments on various digital platforms
- Work with the Marketing/Ecommerce team to improve customer care processes

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a role with equivalent responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field is an asset
- Experience working in the retail sector is an asset
- Experience using service desk ticketing software (JIRA) an asset
- Professional with a friendly demeanor
- Enthusiastic problem solver who puts the customer first
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns
- Excellent computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft 365, especially Office, Word & Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities.

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Paris, ON N3L 1T8
