We are in immediate need of a Patient Care Coordinator to help between our Brantford and Paris locations on a full-time basis.

Sound Choice Hearing is a community focused clinic that has been offering Hearing Healthcare Services to Brant County since 2009 and we pride ourselves on our exceptional team who put patient care above all else.

We are looking for an individual who is solution minded, organized, professional and enjoys impacting those around them with positivity and compassion.

We offer a competitive salary along with a bonus and profit sharing program

Some Roles of a PCC include;
Answering phones and booking appointments, patient file management, invoicing, keeping the clinic clean and organized, A/R management, customer service, representing our clinic with professionalism.
