Alteo is looking for a Functional Analyst for a permanent position based in Montreal.

** Hybrid: office + telecommuting **

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the performance of the revenue management tools at the client site as well as the problems encountered in order to submit new functionalities or propose improvements to the software.
- Participate in consulting missions with transport operators.
- Develop a good understanding of business issues and revenue management processes in order to define and document customer needs and product evolutions, in coordination with the product manager.
- Analyze revenue management performance and customer issues.
- Formulate these needs and evolutions as functional requirements to be transmitted to the development teams, and provide business use cases.
- Participate in the implementation of business tests as the functionalities are developed.
- Formulate and write recommendations to customers on the use of products by customers.
- Develop and maintain the management tools used by the product team in the follow-up of customers.
- Manage requests for changes and evolutions expressed by customers.

**Profile**:

- DEC/BAC in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years in a software development team or IT department
- Ability to travel in Europe, once or twice a year.
- Asset: Experience in Revenue Management (internship or first experience in a Revenue Management department)
- Ability to use software tools effectively
- Knowledge of MS Office software.
- Asset: Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.
- Asset: Knowledge of Agile or Lean development methodologies.
- Organizational skills and rigor
- Proactivity, dynamism and autonomy.
- Ability to work in a team in an international context
- Excellent ability to understand and solve complex problems
- Excellent level of analytical and formalization skills
- Good command of French and functional English (oral and written)

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Analyste fonctionnel pour un emploi permanent basé à Montréal.

** Hybride : bureau + télétravail **

Responsabilités:

- Analyser la performance des outils de _revenue management_ chez les clients ainsi que les problèmes rencontrés pour soumettre de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou proposer des améliorations aux logiciels.
- Participer à des missions de conseil auprès d’opérateurs de transport.
- Développer une bonne compréhension des enjeux business et des processus du _Revenue Management_ afin de définir et documenter les besoins des clients et les évolutions du produit, en coordination avec le directeur produit.
- Analyser la performance du _revenue management_ ainsi que les problématiques soulevées par les clients.
- Formuler ces besoins et évolutions comme requis fonctionnels à transmettre aux équipes de développement, et fournir des cas d’utilisation métier.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre des tests métier au fur et à mesure de l’élaboration des fonctionnalités.
- Formuler et rédiger des recommandations aux clients sur l’utilisation des produits par les clients.
- Développer et maintenir les outils de gestions utilisés par l’équipe produit dans le suivi des clients.
- Gérer les demandes de changements et d’évolutions exprimées par les clients.

Profil:

- DEC/BAC en informatique, génie logiciel ou l'équivalent
- 3+ années dans une équipe de développement logiciel ou service informatique
- Possibilité de voyager en Europe, une à deux fois par année.
- Atout : Expérience en _Revenue Management_ (stage ou première expérience dans un département de _Revenue Management)_
- Pouvoir utiliser efficacement des outils logiciels
- Connaissance des logiciels MS Office.
- Atout : Connaissance de JIRA ou Confluence.
- Atout : Connaissance de méthodologies de développement Agile ou Lean.
- Capacité d’organisation et rigueur
- Faire preuve de proactivité, dynamisme et autonomie.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un contexte international
- Excellente capacité à comprendre et résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Excellent niveau de compétences analytiques et de formalisation
- Bonne maîtrise du français et anglais fonctionnel (oral et écrit)
