**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

Stinson is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who wants to have an impact

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop, implement, and maintain employee-centred HR programs, processes and policies to ensure the development and growth of the organization's most valued asset - our people

This job is perfect for you if you are someone enthusiastic who can see both the big picture and all the little details that go into it.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- **Talent Acquisition Cycle**
- Work with hiring manager to coordinate and act as main point of contact for new employees, leading onboarding sessions and providing key information throughout the onboarding journey
- Administer a variety of HR tools and platforms
- **HR Administration**
- Serve as the internal support for HR best practices, industry trends, legislative requirements, and market competitiveness
- Serve as a liaison between managers and employees within the organization by handling questions and employee relations matters, interpreting and administering policies and procedures
- Preparation of various letters, memos and employee correspondence
- Develop, maintain, and administer HR programs and processes including talent management, benefits administration, performance management, records management, etc.
- Support tracking and monitoring of HR data Certified member of the JHSC

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
- JHSC certification a must, First Aid a definite bonus
- Experience with full cycle recruitment
- Highly collaborative with a passion for creating memorable employee experiences
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain and implement new technologies and tools

**Work Location**: Downtown Toronto
