**Job Details: Location is in Norwich, Ontario**
- Perform dusting of furniture, desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, bookcases and shelves;
- Dust and disinfect phones; behind computers, tops of modems, under keyboards;
- Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and water dispensing system;
- Low dust all horizontal surfaces be sure to include sills, ledges, moldings, shelves, picture frames ducts, vents, radiators, etc.
- High dust all horizontal surfaces including shelves, moldings, ledges etc.
- Spot clean desks;
- A weekly thorough wash of desks if cleared;
- Clean all lobby glass daily and thoroughly weekly;
- Remove dust and cob-webs from ceiling areas;
- Wash all touch spots on doors, handles, switches etc., chair legs and table legs as required;
- Spot clean any spots and stains on carpets;
- Dust blinds on a regular basis;
- Clean and sanitize all fixtures toilets, urinals, sinks in washrooms, glass and mirrors, and sanitize counters;
- Empty all trash containers and other containers as per site requirements. Remove the liners and install new ones. Clean and sanitize as required;
- Spot clean walls, partitions, doors and clean desks;
- Refill all dispensers with the new products. Report to supervisors any consumables that may be in low supply;
- Vacuuming;
- Wet cleaning
- Running floor machines
- Responsible for daily machine maintenance after use (cleaning machines thoroughly, battery maintenance).
- Responsible for keeping janitors’ closets stocked and organized.
- Sign in and out of facility via Express Time or client’s preferred method
- Adhere to the client’s security policy of locking or unlocking doors.
- Requires some handling of medium loads (30lbs).
- **Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:

- Repetitive tasks, can be physically demanding;
- Standing for extended periods;
- Bending, crouching, kneeling cleaning-scrubbing.
- Driving to and from multiple locations with the company vehicle

**Essential SkillsSchedule and Compensation**
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well with a team with mínimal supervision
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Able to obtain a clean driver's abstract
- Monday 5 pm to 12 am
- Tuesday 5 pm to 9 pm
- Wednesday 5 pm to 12 am
- Thursday 5 pm to 9 pm
- Friday 5 pm to 12 am
- 29 hours per week
- $14/hour
