**Job Description**:
***:Under the supervision of the Field Supervisor - Concessions, prepares and serves fast food to the public and assists with the operation of concessions.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides superior customer service in preparing and serving fast food to the public.
- Carries out cash handling duties related to sale of food and drink.
- Assists with maintaining concession stock and stock records, which may include monitoring stock spoilage, ordering, receiving, and transferring stock.
- Keeps the concession area clean and tidy.
- May be required on occasion to perform Field Supervisor - Concession duties.
- Performs such other related duties as may be assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

**Education/Experience**:

- Completion of grade 9
- Must have cash handling experience
- Safe food handling certification along with previous experience working in a food service operation is preferred

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to provide superior customer service, serving the public in a polite and efficient manner
- Ability to practice good lifting, safety, and sanitation techniques
- Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act as it applies to this work

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Must undergo a successful Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
