Overview:
The **PepsiCo Equipment Supervisor (PES**) contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada by leading the marketing equipment (coolers, vendors and fountain) placement and maintenance of equipment for a the London, ON Canada territory, and leading the Service Technicians. This person is responsible for the supervision of the front line union employees; they must also must lead, coach and support their team to achieve both productivity and customer service objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that marketing equipment assets (coolers, vendors and fountain) are maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Select, coach and train and develop marketing equipment service technicians
- Route ride with marketing equipment service technicians in order to coach them on processes and develop their technical skills
- Minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure that equipment is moved and delivered per customer requirements according to PBC policies
- Ensure that the Marketing Equipment department meets the annual operating plan budget.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Supervisory experience, preferred
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical, electrical and refrigeration aptitude
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
- 2-3 years of operations experience required
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Business Objects is required
- Superior customer service skills required
- Well organized and have the ability to multi task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in a Service environment would be an asset
