Executive Assistant to CEO

**ONLY ONE POSITION AVAILABLE**
**We are looking for someone highly organized, efficient and outgoing, to join our team and become the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Faces Magazine.**
This is a fast-paced, exciting and multi-dimensional role. You'll be helping with Event Planning, Social Media, as well as assisting the CEO with all aspects of the business.
- **The successful applicant will be responsible for the following**:_
- Assisting with Event Planning Logistics for all our Events (the 2024 Ottawa Awards, the National Capital Charity Classic, The Fall Classic, The Spring Classic + The Ottawa Gala)
- Assisting with Sponsorship Sales for our Events
- Assisting with Social Media Content for our Advertisers (ie: Producing Reels for them)
- Ensuring our Advertisers receive everything in their Advertising Packages
- Ensuring all Sponsors receive everything they've been promised in Sponsorship Decks
- Client Relationship Building with our Partners (accompanying CEO to visit clients, etc)
- Managing the Schedule for the CEO, taking notes in meetings, attending meetings with CEO with various stakeholders around the city
- Assisting with research and development for new business opportunities
- Assisting with Content Creation and Editing for the Print Magazine and Faces Digital Platforms
- Assisting with Booking and Conducting Interviews
- Assisting with Booking Hosts for our Events (including booking transportation and travel)

Base Salary: $60,000 to start (but eligible for salary negotiation and benefits after successful completion of probationary period), plus commission on Event Sponsorship Sales and Media Sales.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
