**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Manager, Ontario Distributor Management based at our Brampton location reporting into the Manager, Ice Cream RTM (route-to-market).

**A day in the life of a Manager, Ontario Distributor Management**:
The Manager, Ontario Distributor Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations within the distributor network. The core objective is to achieve top-tier route-to-market (RTM) performance while minimizing costs, emphasizing efficiency, compliance, and fostering distributor growth. This role involves strategic utilization of the distributor network to drive future RTM enhancements and expansion opportunities, while also ensuring optimal direct-store-delivery (DSD) frequencies in line with Nestle Customer Terms and Conditions.

**You will also**:

- Monitor, analyse and report on brand/category performance whilst managing a PFME budget.
- Achievement of annually targeted growth within the Distributor Network.
- Conduct monthly distributor business reviews.
- Regular Market tours to ensure everyday market ready.
- Timely execution of all NIM selling initiatives.
- Distributor contracts and rate agreements signed and retained as per Nestle standards and audit requirements.
- Lead RTM Excellence within Ontario Ice Cream through third party distributor management.
- Deliveries On Time and complete.
- Handheld and/or portal is used in compliance with identified standards.
- Distributor Handling meets Quality Standards and Policies
- Order to Cash in compliance.
- Management of Assets Loan Agreements.
- Implemented Regional Business development strategy.
- Distributor selling program.
- Distributor sales incentives strategy.
- Manage Regional Distributor development program.
- Action specific KPI measure results.
- Best in-class Health, Safety, Security and Environmental compliance DSD network.
- Distributor network Health and Safety training and compliance.
- Targeted carbon footprint initiative and reporting.
- Compliance in all Security protocols.
- First Time Right - Continual Improvement:

- Buy Sell business hierarchy fully managed.
- Distributor requests completed in a timely manner.
- Identify digitalization improvements within data collection.

- 5 to 7 years of progressively senior distribution roles in a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) environment.
- Relevant operational experience at market/business level in the following areas: Sales, Supply Chain (focus on Distribution), Customer service, Warehouse management, Finance
- Ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
- Be able to showcase excellent communication and project management skills.
- Be passionate to build and grow brands, with ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills would be an asset.
